Come practice with us OUTDOORS this spring! Our space is adjacent to Maple Grove Prairie and the Paint Creek Recreational Trail, so you can enjoy a walk or run before or after class if you choose! Enjoy a classic yoga experience with warm-ups, body-strengthening postures, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. In this class, you will be able to refine and strengthen your postures without feeling rushed. Variations will be offered so that you can practice what feels best for you.
