UPDATED COVID-19 policy

Students who present proof of COVID-19 vaccination may practice without masks. When not on your mat, we will ask you to wear a mask (we have extras in case you need one).

If you are NOT fully vaccinated, you will be required to wear a well fitting mask (one that consistently covers your nose and mouth)
AT ALL TIMES  when in the studio. This policy is non-negotiable; we appreciate your cooperation to help keep our community safe!

Our props are sanitized between classes.

Enjoy a classic yoga experience with warm-ups, body-strengthening postures, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. In this class, you will be able to refine and strengthen your postures without feeling rushed. Variations will be offered so that you can practice what feels best for you. Beginners are welcome in this class and are encouraged to check out our "Tips for a Great Yoga Experience" on our website before attending class.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Great for new students, seniors, those returning to their yoga practice after a break, and those looking for a more gentle, slower paced class. You’ll be invited and encouraged to use props (the wall, blocks, chair, strap, blanket) to EXPLORE your practice. We’ll offer variations of the postures to help you choose the versions that work best for you that day. Our approach to the class will be earnest but relaxed, a little playful, and made with lovingkindness.
