Studio Guidelines
  • Arrive early to class - at least 5 minutes but no more than 15 - so you have time to sign in and get settled. Studio doors are unlocked 15 minutes prior to class start time.

  • Be sure to sign in as soon as you arrive.

  • Turn off your cell phone before class begins.

  • Remove your shoes before entering the class area.

  • Please stay for the entire class. If you must leave early, let the instructor know before class begins and exit as quietly as possible.

  • Return any studio props or loaner mats to the proper storage shelf before leaving.

Class Cancellation  (by student)

If you have reserved a spot in a regular class and need to cancel, you may cancel up to one hour before the class begins. Your payment will be credited back to your studio account for future use. If you do not show up for a class and do not cancel either by phone or through Schedule Bliss at least one hour prior to class time, you will be charged for the class without refund or credit (special exceptions may be made, depending upon circumstances). 

Class Cancellation  (by studio)

We make every effort to adhere to our regular class schedule. However, on rare occasions, class may be cancelled for bad weather or other unforeseen events. If a regularly scheduled class must be cancelled, that class will show up as 'cancelled' in the Schedule Bliss app, and we will post an announcement on our Facebook page. Any students who are pre-registered for that class will receive an email notification of the cancellation, and will have the class credited to their studio account. 

 

Weather cancellations:

If there is a Level 2 or higher snow emergency, classes will be cancelled. If that happens, our goal is to post the cancellation on Facebook no later than ONE HOUR prior to class. The closing will also be posted in the Schedule Bliss reservation system and the Schedule Bliss mobile app. No computer or mobile app access? No problem!  Call us: 740-772-YOGA (9642).

We plan to work within the framework described above, but may not always be able to adhere to it. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience to you related to the weather or unforeseen events. Whether in class, on your mat, or setting out to drive to the studio, we encourage you to always use your best judgment about your safety!

Workshop & Special Event Cancellation  (by student)

Pre-registration is highly encouraged for workshops and special events and walk-ins will be allowed only if space is available. If you are unable to attend a workshop or event that you've signed up for, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member. *Please read the workshop and special event description carefully for information regarding refunds or studio credit, as the refund policy will vary depending upon the event. 

Workshop & Special Event Cancellation  (by studio)

If a scheduled workshop or event must be cancelled, all registered students will be notified immediately and can choose between receiving a full refund or studio credit.
