Wednesdays from 7-8 pm for the following dates: June 5, 12, 19, and 26 - July 3, 10, 17, and 24 - July 31, August 7, 14, and 21

Beginners, start your yoga journey here! Strip away intimidation and learn the fundamental elements of yoga in this special 4 class series. 


Join us and learn proper alignment for some basic yoga poses (postures). We’ll practice beginning breathing techniques and discuss the importance of breath and coordination of your breath with movement. You’ll learn how to use props (strap, block, blanket, and bolster) as well as other modifications so that you can receive maximum benefit from your yoga practice. Finish this series and feel confident and excited to join your next yoga class!


Cost is $40 per person for the 4 class series (one class each week).
