Relax & Recharge: Monthly Restorative

This will be an ACCESSIBLE class; the entire class can be done in a chair or on the floor!
Join us for our monthly restorative session and take some time to de-stress and recharge your batteries. Restorative yoga consists of gentle, supported resting poses. This inward looking practice helps create the conditions for us to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation and release unnecessary habitual tension in the body and mind.
We’ll use props (blankets and bolsters) for maximum comfort and relaxation. This class is great for beginning AND experienced students. Wear comfy clothes (layers are recommended) and feel free to bring your favorite pillow, blanket, or other props!
NOTE: props are sanitized between classes. Masks are required at all times in the studio.
