New Year, New Approach
How many times have you made a resolution to change that just didn’t “stick”? What if you tried something different? Instead of the typical “go big” approach to New Year’s resolutions, we encourage you to think small! Join us and learn how tiny changes in your yoga practice and daily routine can be truly transformative.
From the comfort of your home, this class (via Zoom) will introduce you to a different approach to behavior change and will include a mixed levels yoga flow with plenty of variations. We’ll conclude with a guided meditation and an extended relaxation posture (savasana) at the end of class. This class is great for ALL levels of experience!
