We invite you to slow down and soak up the moon’s soothing energy in our outdoor studio location overlooking the Maple Grove Prairie and Paint Creek Recreational Trail. In times like these, you can benefit from a slower yoga practice; one that helps quiet your mind and body and balances your energy before you get to the point of exhaustion.
This soothing, all levels class will include slow, mindful movement and guided meditation and an extended savasana (relaxation pose) at the end of class. BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME and various options for poses will be demonstrated. Wear clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat AND a beach towel or blanket to practice on. **Please check our 'outdoor yoga tips' on our website before you come to ensure you are well prepared for a great outdoor practice!
If you would like to arrive early for a meditative walk on the trail behind the practice area, you are welcome to do so!
