Holiday Stretch and Restore

This holiday season, give yourself the gift of presence! Join us from the comfort and privacy of home and take some time to de-stress, recharge your batteries and find deep rest. The practice will include gentle breathing techniques and slow, gentle postures. It will conclude with restorative (resting) postures and a special guided meditation to help you release tension in your body and mind.
