Intro to Yoga

This FREE workshop will cover some of the common questions that a beginner might have regarding a yoga practice and will introduce you to the studio. We’ll practice some basic and essential poses, simple breathing exercises, and relaxation/meditation techniques. If you've been curious about yoga, but maybe a little intimidated walking into a regular class, this workshop is for you!

Restorative Yoga (Heart Centered Practice)

$12/person (NOTE: if you have purchased a class package, you can use one of your class credits!)
Sunday, February 13th from 3:00-4:00 PM

Our focus this month will be on LOVINGKINDNESS and will include a small token for you to take home with you to remind you of this practice. This will be an ACCESSIBLE class (the entire class can be practiced in a chair OR on the floor)! This inward focused practice will help create the conditions for you to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation and release unnecessary habitual tension in your body and mind. We’ll practice simple breathing techniques (pranayama), gentle movements to warm up the body, and end with supported restorative poses and guided meditation.


We’ll use props (blankets, blocks, and bolsters) for maximum comfort and relaxation. This class is great for beginning AND experienced students. Wear comfy clothes (layers are recommended) and feel free to bring your favorite pillow, blanket, or other props!


NOTE: all props are sanitized between classes.

Yoga for Ya'll
(FREE Community Class)

This class is open to ALL and will include basic and essential poses, simple breathing exercises, and relaxation/meditation techniques. We will offer variations for poses that are challenging for those with injury or mobility issues. We’ll use yoga props (blocks, strap, blanket, chair, wall) so that you can find versions of the poses that are right for YOU.
