We're taking advantage of nature's studio this season with outdoor classes. Some will combine a gentle hike with mindful breathing, yoga postures, and meditation techniques, and will take place at one of our local Ross County Parks. We will also still have classic mat-based yoga sessions. Which type will be announced with the class date and time.
Days and times will be determined by the weather and will be announced 1-3 days prior on Facebook and Instagram.
Beginners are welcome and no yoga mat or tights needed; just wear clothing that you can move in easily and shoes that are appropriate for hiking. Dress in layers and bring a walking stick if you have one.
